About Us
Olivia and Christie met while embarking on their journey at therapists at their first job. Working with children and families throughout the court system, they were frequently assigned cases together. They quickly recognized how they seemed to “click” in their therapeutic ideals and interventions. As a result, an immediate and strong friendship formed.
For years, they spoke candidly to each other about their shared dream of opening a private practice, “one day.”
The two therapists continued to sharpen their clinical skills over the proceeding years. Despite moving on from that first job and finding themselves each at different practices, they remained in touch with one another. Always, the subject would circle back to the idea of opening their practice together.
Following the pandemic, as society re-opened and blossomed with new possibilities, Olivia and Christie agreed it was time to make their dream come true. “One day” had finally arrived, and from that seed of an idea planted years earlier, Mindful Bloom Therapy was born.
The name Mindful Bloom was chosen for its deep meaning. “Mindful” means, “to be conscious or aware of something,” while “bloom” is defined as, “the beautiful process of becoming.” This is our genuine hope: for each of our clients to develop a consciousness, an awareness, of their capacity to become a healthier, happier version of themselves.

ABOUT
CHRISTIE WALSH, LPC
My goal is to help support you in living a fulfilling life and build on your inherent strengths. My experience includes working with those who suffer from substance use issues, personal growth and development, and career counseling. I specialize in helping those suffering from anxiety & depression, grief, self-esteem issues, vocational concerns, and marital and relational conflict. I can help you to confront things that have remained unprocessed or new experiences which have brought forth stress or pain. Whether you are struggling from an acute crisis or recent stress, I can help you to better navigate the waters.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and I hold a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University. While my theoretical orientation is primarily integrative, much of my work is based off of utilizing practices and principles from CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and Mindfulness.

My approach to therapy is empathic and collaborative, striving to offer compassion and informed care in my work. My style is gentle, yet direct, aiming to help increase self-awareness and confidence. We will work together to build empowerment that can be applied in your daily life to help you start living more freely and being the best version of yourself!
ABOUT
OLIVIA SEIDLER, LCSW
As your therapist, I will provide you with the unbiased, judgment-free support you need and deserve.
Together, we will create a therapeutic alliance, a partnership built on the foundation of empathy. My goal is never to change you or to make you think the "right" way; instead, I aim to guide you in unlocking the strength, balance, and resilience that already reside within you.
In this way, each of my sessions are a distinct experience, tailor fit just for you. I will equip you with your own customized blend of strategies (carefully selected from the range of modalities listed below) for navigating the unique struggles and circumstances that you, and only you, face each day.
While all of this may sound very formal, don’t worry! I keep my sessions very relaxed and even mix in a little humor.
All you need to do now is to take the next step by contacting me today. I can’t wait to meet you and begin working with you, as a team, to tackle any struggle life may throw your way.

I first received my Bachelors in Psychology from Washington and Jefferson College, and then earned my Masters of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh.
Along the way, I’ve been trained in a number of evidence-based treatment modalities, including:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

I’ve worked with a variety of populations over the years – including children, adults, the elderly, families, couples, and veterans – across a spectrum of emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and other mental health concerns.
Please be aware, however, that I’m currently focusing my attention on adults.
